Automatic tension controller
Category:

Product Details
Features
The automatic tension controller adopts a number of internationally advanced technologies; a dedicated microprocessor, a high-speed 18-bit AD converter, anti-interference automatic recovery technology, and a PID algorithm without overshoot, thus achieving constant tension control. It is widely used in printing, packaging, papermaking, textile, cable and other industries that require precise tension measurement and control. According to the different input signals, it is divided into:
● Fully automatic tension controller KTC828 type
The input signal of the tension control system can be selected from:
1. Current or voltage output (mA or mV) from the tension detector - Fully automatic type
2. Output signal (0-9V) from encoder or proximity switch - Semi-automatic type
