CCD03 sensor

CCD03 sensor

The CCD03 sensor captures real images without blurring, with higher recogni-tion and more sensitive response speed. In terms of configuration, it is equipped with a 10 megapixel lens and a capture frequency of 120 frames per second. The standard accuracy can reach 0.02 millimeters, and the detection range is wide, up to 25mm. No need to move the sensor due to changes in material width. Multiple algorithms are integrated: transparent film,laser film, non-woven fabric, and dashed line tracking. Easy to operate, completed in two steps,eliminating the tedious operation of ordinary CCD.

Between the ultrasonic transmitter and receiver, the receiver receives the part of the ultrasonic wave that is not blocked by the material. Airflow and temperature changes can be compensated for, so the accuracy can reach 0.01mm. It can test the edge position of non-sound-transmitting materials and is not affected by paper ash-like pollution.

The JK-3 infrared edge detection sensor belongs to the high-precision transmission detection method, and the emitting part uses an imported infrared emitting tube to emit a modulated frequency light source (not affected by natural light interference) The receiving part adopts imported composite silicon photovoltaic cells, which detect the edge of the material and convert the detected position signal into corresponding analog voltage and dual TTL level output The sensor is  equipped with temperature compensation and overcur- rent/overvoltage protection circuits inside.
