The system adopts closed-loop control and pre-set the target position (correction zero point) of the monitored edge of the strip. When the machine is running, the edge detector monitors the lateral position changes of the controlled edge of the strip and converts them into electri-cal signals to output to the controller.

The system uses closed-loop control, pre-setting the target position (deviation zero point) of the monitored edge of the strip. During machine operation, the edge detector monitors the lateral position change of the controlled edge of the strip and converts it into an electrical signal output to the controller. The controller compares this signal with the deviation zero point signal. If there is any deviation, it outputs a corresponding deviation correction signal to the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve converts the signal into high-power hydraulic energy through the hydraulic station, driving the hydraulic cylinder to move the unwinder accordingly until the controlled edge of the strip returns to the target position.
