CCD03 sensor

The CCD03 sensor captures real images without blurring, with higher recogni-tion and more sensitive response speed. In terms of configuration, it is equipped with a 10 megapixel lens and a capture frequency of 120 frames per second. The standard accuracy can reach 0.02 millimeters, and the detection range is wide, up to 25mm. No need to move the sensor due to changes in material width. Multiple algorithms are integrated: transparent film,laser film, non-woven fabric, and dashed line tracking. Easy to operate, completed in two steps,eliminating the tedious operation of ordinary CCD.

The ultrasonic transducer of the ultrasonic sensor oscillates at 220KHz and outputs up to 1KHz. Between the ultrasonic transmitter and receiver, the receiver receives the part of the ultrasonic wave that is not blocked by the material. Airflow and temperature changes can be compensated for, so the accuracy can reach 0.01mm. It can test the edge position of non-sound-transmitting materials and is not affected by paper ash-like pollution.
