PGL-F framework correction


The PGL-F series is a zero pivot process correction. When the material feeding path deviates, the rotating bracket moves around a virtual pivot to adjust the material to the set position.

PGL-S350 framework correction


In the framework based correction system PGL-S,the material undergoes four 90°turns. A swinging adjustable frame with two steering rollers forms the basis of the above steering process. The virtual position of the rotation point of the adjust- ment framework is within the dry feed plane. Only after rotating around this center point can the material be laterally corrected. The prerequisite is that there is always sufficient tension to ensure the transmission of force between the mate-rial and the adjusting roller.
